Ornithology Online *NEW PROGRAM for 2025!!
Our newest online program, Ornithology Online, is a great place to start for beginning birders or anyone who wants to deepen their identification skills and bird knowledge. Follow along at your own pace to lectures, readings, and quizzes brought to you by Dr. Steve Kress, founder of Project Puffin. This new program also comes with access to five live Q&A sessions where you can gather with your classmates and ask Dr. Steve Kress all of your burning questions about birds! Each Q&A session will focus on content from one course module, but you are welcome to join regardless of where you are at in the course progress. Recordings of the Q&A sessions will be available afterwards so you can enjoy that feature regardless of when you sign up.

Puffin Islands
The fifteen presentations in this online learning series are a window into the lives of seabirds. Brought to you by four leading seabird biologists, each presentation is based on their own special research and deep knowledge of their subject. Participants may view presentations at their convenience and as many times as desired without an expiration date. The suggested readings for each presentation permit a “deep dive” to better understand the remarkable lives of these special birds. This unique course also includes two new quizzes to test your seabird knowledge.
